Players may claim prizes up to $600 at a New Mexico Lottery retailer. To make an appointment to claim a prize over $600, please call 505-342-7561 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Players must wear masks to Claim Center appointments.
Winning tickets up to $99,999 may be claimed by mail.
Tickets must be signed, postmarked on or prior to the claim expiration date and mailed with a completed claim form to:

How to claim a prize
Sign your ticket so only you can claim it. The ticket is a bearer instrument until signed.- All drawing game prizes must be claimed within 90 days from the date of the drawing or the first business day after the 90th day if the Lottery is not open for business.
- All Scratcher prizes must be claimed within 90 days of the announced end of game or the first business day after the 90th day if the Lottery is not open for business.

must be claimed in person at Lottery headquarters.
- $601 - $99,999:
must be claimed at Lottery headquarters or mailed with a completed claim form to:

may be claimed at a New Mexico Lottery retailer or by mailing to the New Mexico Lottery. No claim form is required.
- Payment of prizes of $1 million or more may be delayed for periods of three weeks, or more, from the date of validation of the original winning ticket.
